April 2016

We have now published the results from our stakeholder consultation 'Have Your Say' that closed January 2016.  We were delighted with the number of responses that we received and the feedback that was provided.  The feedback has identified some key areas for us to focus on for 2016/17. Thanks to all those that took part.  We will be providing an update on our progress in November.

We were delighted to launch our fourth annual stakeholder consultation: Have Your Say, in November 2015 that provided the opportunity to all our stakeholders to let us know how we are doing and what we should be focussing on for 2016/17.

Alongside this we also published our Acting on your ideas document for our four networks, East of England, North London, North West and West Midlands. This document provides an update on the 10 commitments that we made for 2015/16 and the work we have been doing in the last six months to deliver these promises.

In April we were delighted to publish our Committing To You for 2015/16 document that shared with you the results from our three-month consultation Have Your Say that we launched in November 2014. The consultation gave you the opportunity to let us know how we are doing, how you would like to engage with us and the areas of our business that we should focus on for the coming year.   

As well as the summary of the responses that we received from the consultation, we are also shared the new commitments that we made to our stakeholders for 2015/16 based on the feedback that we received.

The publication shared with you the results of our November consultation and the 12 new commitments that we made to our stakeholders for 2014 based on the feedback that we received during the consultation which concluded on the 14th February 2014.  These commitments help us to deliver and measure the outcomes that you require.

In April 2013 we published our first “Committing to You” document for 2013 for our four gas distribution networks, East of England, North London, North West and West Midlands.

This document showed the results of our November 2012  consultation that concluded on the 1st February 2013 that gave you, our stakeholders the opportunity to tell us how we are doing, if and how you would like to engage with us and the areas you would like us to focus on for this year.

The first part of the publication summarised the responses that we had from the consultation and the second part provided detail on the areas that you wanted us to focus on and the 29 commitments that we made for 2013.

In November 2012 we published our first stakeholder report ‘Acting on your ideas’ for our four networks, East of England, North London, North West and West Midlands. 

This report summarised what you had told us and let you know how we have, or are taking, your ideas forward.

Alongside this we also launched our “Have your Say” document that gave you the opportunity to tell us where to focus our resources for the coming 12 months.  This consultation closed on Friday 1st February 2013
